I'm Shaye Bize,
founder of Refined & Rooted, and I help CEOs streamline operations, implement AI, and scale with clarity—so they can stay in their zone of genius, dreaming big, leading boldly, and creating impact.
With a Bachelor’s in Education and a Master’s in Leadership, my passion for structure and efficiency led me from coordinating nonprofit programs to high-ticket sales at The Life Coach School. I later became a Director of Operations for a fast-paced startup, earning my DOO Certification from The Ops Authority and training with top industry leaders like Cole Gordon and Taylor Welch.
Through my experience, I realized not everyone’s brain works like mine—and that’s a good thing. CEOs are visionaries; they’re meant to lead, not get buried in backend chaos. That’s where I come in.
